How to run chkdsk as administrator at startup.

How do I run chkdsk as administrator at startup, before other processes start and with the option to correct problems? When I run with Windows up, I get an error that problems cannot be corrected because other processes are running.  I can only run in read mode which does not help. I'm getting  messages about corrupt files in various subfolders of Program Files\Common Files.

Here you go:
1. Log on under an admin account.
2. Click the Start globe.
3. Type  cmd.exe  in the Search box.
4. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
5. Click "Run as Administrator".
6. Type the following command and press Enter:
    chkdsk  C:  /R
This command will schedule a job that will run at the next start-up.
