How to right-click using one-handed mouse?

How can I right click on the screen when I'm using a mouse that can only left-click and a Windows virtual / accessibility keyboard? I'm unable to use the Windows-provided virtual keyboard to highlight an object I want to right-click and press shift-F10.

Hello Dave Mao,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

It looks like you have a mouse, but the right button is broken, and you don't have a physical keyboard available at this point, only an on-screen or virtual keyboard?

Open the on-screen Keyboard by placing your cursor On the search bar of the taskbar and typing "OSK".

Next I have a Test document on the desktop to demonstrate how to right click on it, as long as your left mouse button is able to click.
