Hi,

Check with your System Maker's Support as they may have included Recovery Partitions, Vista DVD's, and/or
other methods to return to original setup.

The below are just some options and you do need to contact System Maker's Support to be sure
you know all the options you have.

I already reformatted my hard drive and still pretty slow though. The performance score is 2.0.. UNbelievable. I guess this is what Vista is.. =)) I am using Sony Vaio with Vista Business Premium and its very slow. anyhow, i guess ill try to get use to it.
what i did:
1. Reboot the Pc
2. Press F10
3. Reformat Drive C:
4. Just follow all the instructions until its completed..
5. All the softwares and drivers will restore automatically..

THanks this forum is a big help..

Do not do Automatic Drivers Updates from Windows Update.

Get your Drivers DIRECTLY from your Manufacturer.
Microsoft Driver Updates are normally weeks, if not months, behind.

Getting the latest Vista Drivers from your Manufacturer's website should fix your problems.

http://esupport.sony.com/EN/VAIO

Go to your Laptop/Computer Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Vista Drivers for it > Download/install them.

Use the Computer you are using now if you have no Internet Connection with the other one > Download / Save the Drivers > Copy them to Flash Drive > Transfer / Install them on the other Computer/Laptop.

Cheers.
