How to remove Windows Hello

A week ago, I updated my Windows 10 to Widows Hello. Ever since then, my laptop is slow to start up and also slow to load up applications, for example, Google Chrome or even File Explorer.
How do I remove Windows Hello and go back as how my laptop once was, that is, Windows 10.
