How to remove completely the Uninstall/deleted App but still running in startup but it doesn't show in startup setting?

I already deleted/uninstall on Control Panel my Discord and also in app setting but it's still running in startup apps when I re-open my laptop like restart or power. How I remove it?

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the Filter Box at the top of Autoruns, type this: discord

Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window.
