How to recover previous window 11 data to new window 11?

Hi,
Recently i install window 11 and i unfortunatly forget to take out my data from my previous window 11 and i just want to install new window, during the installing i just formate the Local Disk C and my data in Local Disk D and i just rest local disk C, after installing i see that my data from Local Disk D was lost and it cant be recover i used Third party software Like Recuva but i didn't get my files or data of previous window is there any way to recover them,
or if window 11 developers or laptop manufactures have stored my previous data please tell me how to reach them and talk to them to get my data. i'm a student i have my Final project in it and if i can't recover my data all of the effort i done"All in wane" so anyone how know how to get my previous window data please tell me.

Unfortunately, Once you format the drive, there is no other way to recover the data in it. It is best to contact data recovery professional if you need the data.

Windows 11 developers or laptop manufacturers will not store or recover user data after a disk has been formatted.
