How to install Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise in Windows 10?

I downloaded VS 2015 Enterprise ISO from MSDN. Confirmed ISO is not corrupted and Windows 10 is updated. Trying to install it but getting no luck.  Mounted the iso and running the vs_enterprise.exe as an administrator only shows the VS splash screen for a second and then nothing happens.  Please note I already uninstalled anti virus and disabled Windows Defender and Firewall.  VS is not installed, no errors appeared.   Is there a compatibility issue that I should know?
