How to install Hebrew on Windows 10 as a display language

Let me help you to change the display language to Hebrew.

Let’s try simple steps and check is this helps. Follow the below step.

1. Go to the settings and click on Time & Language.

2. Click on Region & language and click on Add a language.

3. Select Hebrew, let the language pack install, click on the Hebrew Language pack and click Set as default.

I am trying to do it, but when I click on the Hebrew Language pack it's doesn't give me the option to Set as default.

Any idea why? and how can I fix it?

1. When you click on the Hebrew language pack what are the option did you get?

2. Do you see the language pack has added under the Add a language?

My languages pack even doesn't have the Hebrew option, :-(

What shall I do?  I do need it.
