Hi Pritesh,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

From the provided information, I understand that you need assistance in connecting the Bluetooth headset mm100.

Here are the methods you may try and check if this helps you in connecting the Bluetooth headset.

Method 1: Make sure your Bluetooth device is on and discoverable.

Turn on the device, and then make it discoverable. To learn how to make a device discoverable, check the info that came with your Bluetooth device or go to the manufacturer’s website.

Method 2: Make sure Bluetooth is on.

a.       Press Windows key + C to open the Settings charm , and then click Change PC Settings.

b.      Click Wireless.

c.       Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.

Method 3: Add the Bluetooth device

a.       Click Devices (in PC settings).

b.      Click Add a device.

c.       Select your Bluetooth device from the list of wireless devices.

d.      If the accessory requires a passcode (sometimes called a pairing code), you’ll be prompted for it. If you don’t know the passcode, check the info that came with your device or go to the manufacturer’s website.
