how to install a software without admin access

hi all

    my pc's environment has a domain. every time common user wants to install some software. we(admin) need to install our username and password.

It's very inconvenient.

   so i want to know if any method to solve the problem?(any tool can solve it?)

  we have no SCCM.

The purpose of needing admin privileges when installing software is to prevent users from doing it themselves. You cannot circumnavigate this restriction.

for example,everyone in the company need to install the QQ(maybe hundreds of users), we can't install the software one by one.

what i mean is if any bat can be used on the software,and the user can install the software by themselves.Just the one we using the bat

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

Standard/common users are not allowed install any program/software without the admin's permission. There's no way that you can get around this requirement when installing a software. It's been setup this way so admins have the authority over the security of the device and to prevent any risk that may compromise the secure environment that has been set.

There are tools that let administrators install software on workstations in a domain environment. To find out how to use them you need to post your query in a technet forum:
