How to increase speaker volume?

Using Win 7 HP and the speaker volume has been maxed out and is still too low. I used the task tray icon to max the speakers. Is there another place to make a volume adjustment?

Have you adjusted the physical volume control on the speakers
themselves?

With just a quick glance there is no volume control on the speakers. However, with a closer look there is a disk on the top of the right speaker and this does control the volume of both speakers. Thanks for your response.

You're welcome, and I'm glad that my guess was right.
