With an integrated Video option like Intel HD Graphics 620, there is no dedicated memory, because that is built into the Intel processor on your PC
Intel HD Graphics 620 uses your RAM and that is dynamically changed depending on what you are doing with your PC, i.e. when you are playing games, Windows may dedicate 1GB - 2GB to that device, and when you are just using an app, that may be as little as 128MB
You should not make any changes to that and let Windows manage your Intel HD Graphics 620, Windows will know best how to manage that device
