If you want to completely remove your user accounts and data, use the "Remove Everything" option during the Reset. Be sure to backup your data to an external drive beforehand.
The "Remove everything" option cleanly installs Windows, removing all user accounts and contents (e.g., data, desktop applications, and Store apps) and restoring preinstalled customizations to their factory state.
(or)
Simply create a new local user account with your preferred name and then delete the original account.
