How to fix ,NET Runtime Event ID 1023?

I have updated my PC because first I wasn't aware of the issue so I went on Device Manager to try and look for updated Graphic Card Drivers. Even though I updated my PC the problem was before that. Mainly games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Roblox and even my browser crashes. I will use the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and give logs.
