How to fix Fortnite crashing on PC
Could you please check if your computer is generating any minidump files for analysis? This will help us identify the root cause of the issue.
You can find the minidump files in this location
1. C:\Windows\Minidump
2. Copy the minidump files to your Desktop, then compress them into a ZIP file.
3. Upload the ZIP file to a cloud service (like OneDrive or Dropbox) and create a shareable link.
4. Share the link here so we can review the files for you. Thank you!

The Event Viewer doesn’t indicate any specific errors or applications. I recommend performing a clean reinstall of the graphics card driver. This means completely uninstalling the current driver and then manually installing the driver from the manufacturer’s website. Sometimes, using a slightly older version can help resolve the issue.
1. Download the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) utility.
**Note: You can find this tool easily by searching for "DDU" in your preferred search engine.
2. Once you have downloaded DDU, disconnect your computer from the internet to prevent Windows from automatically installing drivers during the process.
3. Boot your computer into Safe Mode: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/start-you...
4. Launch the DDU utility and select the option to remove the graphics card driver. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the removal process.
5. After the driver has been completely removed, restart your computer.
6. Once your computer has restarted, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website. Look for the recommended version of the graphics driver for your specific graphics card model and operating system.
7. Download the recommended driver and install it manually by following the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
8. After the driver installation is complete, restart your computer again and check if the issue.
