pls help!

I accindentally turn of my desktop pc,because im running late for a work I turned it off during a critical update from windows update and a windows 7 service pack 1 update.When i turn my computer on during booting when the windows 7 logo start processing below it an error displays

"fatal error C019005"

Method 1: Boot the computer in safe mode and then enable clean boot. To do this, follow the steps below:


Step 1: Access the Advanced boot options menu by turning on your computer and pressing the F8 key continuously before Windows starts. On the advanced boot options menu select Safe Mode

Advanced startup options (including safe mode)   


Step 2: If you can boot the computer in safe mode then put the computer in clean boot and then check to see if the issue persists

Important: - Remember to put the computer back to normal startup follow step 7 in the link.


Method 2: Run startup repair from Windows Recovery Environment

Step 1:
Follow the steps mentioned in the article below and then launch startup repair

Windows Vista or Windows 7 no longer starts and the Startup Repair tool does not fix the problem


Step 2: Run Startup repair using Windows 7 disc and check if that corrects the issue

To launch the start repair, you may follow the steps mentioned in the link below; See the section “To open the System Recovery Options menu on your computer”
