How to fix error 1316

Hello:

I'm having a problem with my computer, its called error 1316, can someone please inform me how to solve this problem,

Error 1316: This is a Windows Installer error that may occur when it tries to access the installation file from its location and the file is either missing or corrupted.

 

Method 1:

  If you are facing this problem during installation or uninstallation of program, then run the Fix it:

Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled
http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/?wa=wsignin1.0

 

         Method 2:

1)     When do you get this error message?

2)     Is that when you start your computer or when you open an application?
