How to fix error 0x887a0005

I saved my project and after an hour and half I got this message that it was unable to save due to error 0x887a0005, any one know how to find and fix this?  Thanks
It indicates a hardware error, in your case prolly the video card/video device.

Several possible causes :

1) your video device is dying slowly, replace it
2) your video drivers are corrupt, re-install them from your PC/Laptop makers website
3) if you have a PC and you know what you're doing, open up the bonnet and check the power connections to your video device - re-seat if necessary. Also clean out (with compressed air) your power supply.
4) if your PC is quite old, your power supply may be on its way to the great power supply bone yard - have it checked out;
5) If you're playing games, turn the qualoty from high down to medium or low to take stress off your video card

Personally i would start with n°2 then n° 3 and n°5

1 and 2 make no sense, video drivers don't slowly die and if the video drivers are corrupt then nothing would be displayed on the screen.

actually he is 110% right obviously you do not have the experience needed for the IT world, but might i say its always worth a clean install in case something on a driver lvl is corrupted.

windows = don't need drivers to function......
Games = need drivers to play at any lvl

now... just saying to correct you and your knowledge ...... IF a vga card MEMORY is corrupt .... then you will not get a display but if you do then u will get lines dots all over the show, i believe this is what your referring to which is hardware and not software. 

assume no1 but hope not
