You will encounter this error if the driver is Outdated and is not compatible with the existing version of Windows version/build installed on your Pc. You can try updating or rolling back the driver and check if it helps.
1. To Update the Driver - Right-click your Network adapter, select Update driver, then select Search automatically for drivers. Follow the instructions to complete the update.
• If Windows doesn't find a new driver, Select RollBack.
• If the issue persists, Right-click your Network Adapter, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, restart your computer and try connecting your PC to a Wi-Fi network.
• If you have a wired Ethernet connection, you can go to your PC manufacturer's website and install the compatible Network drivers for your computer.
