The above offers Win 10 Media updates,but a sure Microsoft/Win 10 Media streaming would be: Windows Media Encoder 9 series.The encoder can record video/audio/convert/and Stream files/data.Although the encoder is retired by Microsoft,one can still get thru web search engine,& Windows update still updates the encoder.

Thank you for your reply. I cannot cast from laptop to tv so I tried changing streaming options but it did not work.

I see

When you try to use it is there some indication that there is a problem with windows that is blocking it from working?

If not, I would recommend to contact Samsung support for assistance with setup as that application is developed and designed by them.
