How to downgrade 24H2 to 23H2 if my new laptop came with 24H2 preinstalled?

I have tried searching the Microsoft sites and I can't find any downloads for version 23H2, I can only download the current version 24H2.

It has been stated on other forums that Microsoft has removed all older versions of Windows 11 from their servers. I don't know if this true or not but it seems to be the case because I can't find any older versions including 23H2.

I also tried Rufus and the same thing... only the latest version is available.

What kind of software is it?

If it is a game modifier you should wait a few months for that software to upgrade to be compatible with 24h2

It is PLC programming software but the issue got resolved by the Microsoft online tech support guy.

To my surprise he was able to download a version 22H2 iso file to my PC. After about a day I was able to upgrade to 23H2 and now the software work with no issues.

So should I contact tech support on Microsoft and they can help with this issue?

Hello, have a good time. What is the reason why programs such as Office and Hotspot Shield VPN do not open in 24H2? SSD speed has also dropped a lot, while users have said that 24H2 is much better on their old system.
