Hello HuynhMinh64,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
You simply need to tap on the dock keyboard icon on the top right hand side near the close keyboard button.

maybe microsoft just removed dock feature in bigger screens in windws 11....

I may need to downgrade to windows 10 for the dock features....

If what worked for me worked for you, you've no doubt solved this by now, but I thought I'd leave it here because I just found this thread scouring furiously for any solution to this issue so I hope the next person to check here finds this helpful.

Anyway...I just had this issue following an update I downloaded last night. Eventually just shut down my computer for unrelated reasons, and now it's fixed! Would advise a simple restart, though sadly I have no idea what to do if it continues.
