You can just wipe that laptop through Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started.

The reset should NOT affect your other PC, however, if you want to be sure, you can unlink your MS Account from your OneDrive app (if you have it installed, if not then skip this step). Guide below.

Also, disconnect your MS Account from the device by going to Settings > Accounts > Your info > Sign in with a local account instead. Then just fill up the fields to switch the computer to a local user profile.
