How to connect Outlook to my AOL email

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10/11 build are you running - 22H2 (Win 10/Win 11) or 23H2 (Win 11)?
Are you running Outook from MS 365, Outlook/Windows Mail app or Outlook via the web?
For Outlook (365) or Mail app you most likely will need to set up the account using the ‘Other’ option, entering the imap & smtp settings & creating an app specific password for use in-place of the usual account password.

I Thank for the response. I am running Windows 11 and not sure of 22H2 or 23H2. How do I find that since I never heard these terms? Also, I am running Outlook from the Web by logging into Outlook. Thanks you.

Right click Start>Run & enter winver, this will inform you which version you’re running.

Do you have Microsoft 365/Office is not then you’ll not be able to add another account. You can of course forward Microsoft account emails to another account.
You can use the Outlook app/Windows Mail to add other accounts but these won’t show under Outlook.com
