Hi Luiz,
Unfortunately the "trick" with Edge Deflector does not work anymore. It seems that Microsoft is dedicated to force Edge down the throat of its users via the Cortana bar.
One of the appeal of windows is it's customisability. It's hard to understand why they go down that road.
I tried again edge deflector, it didn't work and the developpers seem to acknowledge the issue:

Dear GabeVdW,yes, it looks like the app has been discontinued;
In this case I believe that it will not be possible to change Bing as the taskbar search engine, as this was the only way I found on the web;

Sorry, can't be done. The Windows search function (aka Cortana) is Microsoft's property, so you can't really blame them for promoting Bing, especially since nothing stops you from opening Firefox on your own.
In future, please be very careful about where your advice comes from. Any fool can make a YouTube video (and very many do.)
