How to change microsoft accounts without losing data.

I want to change from a parents account to my account without losing any of my saved data on my drive, how would i do this?

I'm Marvin an Independent Advisor, and I will help you with your issue.

Just Open the "PC Settings" app and go to the Account section. There you can disconnect from the old email account and connect it to your new Microsoft Account while leaving all your stuff in place.

I dont see any options to disconnect the account

Just delete it doing this.

1. Click Accounts, scroll down, and then click the Microsoft account you would like to delete.

2. Click Remove, and then click Yes

add your Microsoft account and thrn login using that account. after that delete existing account
