How to bypass windows hello login

On the dialog after msconfig I selected boot with basic device and then restarted the PC on coming back to the lock screen the fingerprint was not on and the pin input box was not there with an error something happened and your pin isn't available I tried every thing like safe mode and cmd plus restore all require my password am now stack any body to help me please!!

If you are blocked by a Password/PIN in the Recovery Environment, then, you will need to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 10, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there

In the recovery Environment on the USB, try a system restore to undo the settings changes in msconfig, you will not be blocked by a password.

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)
