How to bring back the Bing search in Windows 10 start menu

Dear all,

I understand that the latest major Windows 10 update removed the Bing web search from the Start Menu. Is there any way to bring it back?

I'm aware there has been a lot of complaints about this feature and that's most likely why Microsoft removed it, but personally, I found it useful for some quick searches like weather, currency conversion or simple calculator functions, all accessible via a single click of a Start Menu button.

I would like to avoid the discussion on the usefulness of the feature, but if you know how to bring it back please share! Thank you!

Hello David,

This seems strange because Bing Search works on my system. After downloading Turn_On_Search_web_results.reg, did you try to restart your computer?

Please note that the Bing "web" search results in Windows 10 is not available in all regions. It is available in at least the United States region. Please check your Region settings.
