How to access UEFI on Legacy BIOS??

Hi, I recently bought a PC, Windows 10, and have been trying to convert my BIOS from MBR (Legacy) to UEFI. I have entered BIOS multiple times and did Troubleshoot>Advanced Settings but can only see start-up settings as an option. No UEFI firmware settings, or anything other option for that matter. I don't know if this may be because the PC won't allow me to enable UEFI. My windows is version 22H2 if that is helpful information. Could someone please help me access the UEFI firmware settings or at least let me know why I can't? Many thanks,
