How do you save the microsoft spotlight picture?

Two methods:

1. Download the Dynamic theme app from the Microsoft Store. It allows you to set Windows Spotlight/Daily Bing Image/Custom Image as wallpaper or Lock screen. It also shows past images and allows you to save them as well. This is the easiest method.
