Hello Michael,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
As I understand you want to place a request (feedback) to move the entire Windows 11 taskbar to the Left Pane of the screen. I feel sorry for you. Rest assured I shall assist you towards the issue resolution.
Please review the below information and follow the troubleshooting steps on your end to resolve this issue:
1) To change the taskbar alignment
Right-click on the taskbar and choose Taskbar settings (gear icon), or use the shortcut: Taskbar
Expand Taskbar behaviors and select your desired option for Taskbar alignment
Customize the Taskbar in Windows - Microsoft Support
Navigate and explore the Windows taskbar - Microsoft Support
Please note: The taskbar settings allow you to align taskbar icons in the center or on the left. There are no settings for moving a taskbar to the top or to the side of the screen. The taskbar is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
Further, refer the requests of other users for the same concern and the answers provided to them in the community at the below links:

As an alternative, you can configure the taskbar behaviors by customizing the layout of the taskbar, wherein you can change various behaviors which includes how the taskbar responds to various actions, such as automatically hiding when not in use, so to enhance your experience.
Thus, Windows 11 currently does not have a built-in option to move the entire taskbar to the left side of the screen like in previous or other versions of Windows such as 10 and Windows Server 2022. It is possible to align the taskbar icons to the left, however the taskbar itself remains fixed at the bottom.
You could definitely request this feature. Please provide feedback directly to Microsoft through the Feedback Hub. Submit feedback under the Taskbar customization section.
