How do I turn off Windows Backup?

I bought a new computer and logged into my MS account when setting it up. Now Windows Backup is trying to run, but I've turned off backup in OneDrive, so everything is kind of stalled and it's really messed things up. I don't want Windows Backup to run, but there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off. I searched the web and found some registry commands to run to reset Backup, but they didn't work.

As you can see below, there's no way to turn off Backup:

Thank you for your reply!

Typically, Windows will stop backups as soon as you turn off backups in OneDrive. Depending on what you see in the picture, if what you want to stop is backed up next to "Quickly access apps on any Windows device", you can go to account.microsoft.com/devices and scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Clear Sync Settings" under "Settings Cloud Sync". You can try it out by going to account.microsoft.com/devices and scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking on "Clear sync settings" under "Set up cloud sync".

Feel free to share any progress with me.
