how do I turn off sticky notes on windows 10?

Hi Shelby, Here's a previous answer to your question that may help you to disable sticky notes:
"Press "Start" Button and type "msconfig" and run as Administrator.
Enter any passwords or press "Yes" at any conformation windows to enter.
Once there, go to the "Startup" tab and search for "Sticky Notes" I think and disable it by clicking on the designated tick that is on the right of it.
This will untick it, and now you can exit by pressing OK at the bottom.
A message will pop up prompting you to do a restart immediately for the changes to take effect. Do what you you wish, either way once you restart the Sticky Notes should note be popping back up on start up or when ever. "

As it is a preinstalled app, I Don't recommend you delete it.
IOf you really want to do this
TYpe PowerShell in search area
> Right clic on Windows PowerShell > Run as admin
>To uninstall Sticky Notes, copy/paste with CTRL V this command + Enter:
get-appxpackage *sticky* | remove-appxpackage
