How do I switch my language pack back to English?

I changed my system language from English to Romanian, but I cannot find how to switch it back to English.  Does anyone know how to get the system language back into English on a Windows XP?

Hi Jeremy,
Complete the following steps to set your computer back to English:
  1. Go to Start
  2. Click on Control Panel
  3. Double Click on Regional and Language Options
  4. Go to the Regional Options tab
  5. Select English from the drop down menu 
  6. Customize Numbers, Currency, Time and Date if needed 
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Apply
  9. Click OK
  10. You may be required to restart your computer
