How do I stop the opening of virtual keyboard at the start of Windows 10 after Fall 2017 update?

Hi,

After Windows 10 Fall 2017 update, the virtual keyboard pop-ups when Windows starts. It takes some seconds until it pop-ups. How can I turn it off? I already checked that:

1. There is not any keyboard app at the start menu or apps that starts in Windows initialization.

2. The virtual keyboard option is disabled.

3. At the Services console, the Touch screen and virtual keyboard services is set to manual.

4. I am in desktop mode.

Does anybody have any idea how to deal with this issue?

Thank you.

Answer
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as Administrator

At the command prompt, type the following command then hit Enter:

sc config "TabletInputService" start= disabled
sc stop "TabletInputService"

When you want to enable it, go to the command prompt then enter the following commands.

sc config "TabletInputService" start= auto
sc start "TabletInputService"
