How do I Start Cleanmgr.exe (Disk Cleanup) in Windows 10?

I tried running cleanmgr.exe (Disk Cleanup) in Windows 10 but it doesn't open.  Clicking on it doesn't do anything.
It seems to be working now.

 I still don't know what to do. no nothing has been solved. I don't care if my vote was counted I care that my computer is not working., first it told me have I have no more memory and to save my files. well if I have no memory how and where do I put my files? then after i ask that your virtual lady sent me to read all these questions and answers. so I guess I need to run the cleanmgr and I cant get that to work either. why don't you put no my problem is not solved up there somewhere instead of helpful and problem solved. I'm going to bed  good night and goodbye
