How do I speak to a customer service representative

The only option to contact Microsoft support directly is to use the Get Help app in windows.

Enter chat with an agent then select Contact Support. Look for a call back or webchat option.

If your problem is not account related users here may be able to help if you can explain your problem.

Select the Product and Category for support according to your requirement.

Please ensure to contact using business hours(Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Local time) for maximum available support options, including Chat support. You can also select Call Me back option and input your Phone number.
