How do I solve this 411 Kernel-PnP error?

My JLab studio wireless headphones have been disconnecting repeatedly and I did think I fixed it by reverting my Realtek Wireless Bluetooth adapter driver. Unfortunately, it somehow made it so I can't revert it anymore but then it fixed itself for a week or so. Then it started disconnecting again and I found that it involves this 411 Kernel-PnP error. This is what the error says specifically,

Device USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B85C\00e04c000001 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem102.inf

Class Guid: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}

Service: BTHUSB

Lower Filters: RtkBtFilter

Upper Filters:

Problem: 0x0

Problem Status: 0xC00000E5

If there is any other information you might need let me know but I would love help fixing my dumb computer.

Hello this is an update my headphone have disconnected yet again and when I downloaded the drivers one of them automatically restarted my computer making me think some of them downloaded but didn't install and I fairly sure one of the ones that didn't install was a Bluetooth wireless driver how do I install that either automatically or manually?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The printout does indicate a problem with the Realtek Bluetooth drivers, did you go to the support page for your PC or motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there download and manually re-install the version of Realtek Bluetooth drivers they recommend?

I did download HP support assistant which is what the system manufacture is. That app keeps all the drivers up to date. The thing thats weird is why would the error involve USB driver not loading properly when it's the bluetooth driver that's not working. I did just update windows for a secriuty Anti virus things but that probably won't change anything. Also currently getting Windows 11, version 23H2.

It is best to manually install the drivers form the support page for your PC, they may be up to date, but they may also be corrupt and the HP Support Assistant only checks the version of the drivers not whether they are corrupt.

This seems to be the support page for your PC on the HP website.

I did it but also just to check when I went to the site it asked for what operating system I had and I think I have version 23H2 but the website had only up to version 22H2 so I just used that one and downloaded all the drivers.

That is okay, version 22H2 and 23H2 share the same base code.
