Hello JensBröcher, how are you doing?
Welcome to the Microsoft community!
I'm glad to be able to assist you at this time.

Typically, this change is made in the BIOS of your motherboard. Have you already accessed the BIOS and tried to change the primary graphics card?
-
If you have not already tried changing the primary graphics card in the BIOS, here are the steps:
1. Restart your computer and press the BIOS key (usually F2 or Delete) repeatedly as soon as the computer starts up.
2. Once in the BIOS, navigate to the Advanced or Settings menu.
3. Look for the option to change the primary graphics card.
4. Select the dedicated Nvidia graphics card as the primary graphics card.
5. Save your changes and exit the BIOS.

If you have already tried changing the primary graphics card in the BIOS and it did not work, you can try enabling Nvidia Optimus. Nvidia Optimus is a technology that allows Windows to automatically switch between the integrated Intel graphics and the dedicated Nvidia graphics depending on the workload.
To enable Nvidia Optimus, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the Device Manager by pressing Windows + R and typing devmgmt.msc.
2. Expand the Display adapters section.
3. Right-click on your Nvidia graphics card and select Properties.
4. Click on the Driver tab.
5. Click on the Advanced button.
6. Under Power Management, select the Enable Nvidia Optimus checkbox.
7. Click on OK.
*Enabling Nvidia Optimus may not solve your problem. If you are still having problems after enabling Nvidia Optimus, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your computer or graphics card for further assistance.
