I bought a Toshiba Satellite P875-S7102 with Windows 8 a few years ago. It has been upgraded to Windows 10 for a while and my function keys, volume, wi-fi on/off, trackpad on/off etc. all worked fine.
I had to reset my laptop yesterday and now there are no Toshiba utilities on it and those keys do not work. I've tried searching the Toshiba devices and Drivers. I found a BIOS update, but mine was already current from the reset.
I found the thing I needed, the Toshiba Flash Cards Utility, but it was only in the Windows 8 section for my model, not in the Windows 10 version. I cannot figure out how to get the Toshiba stuff back on my laptop and it is driving me crazy.
I went to the device manager and went one by one checking for updates, so those updates are done. Windows is up to date. I'm at a loss here, I don't know how to fix this. I managed to get the Toshiba service station onto my comp, but it isn't doing anything helpful.
