How do I restore my Chrome search history and bookmarks?

After windows updated, Chrome also updated, and it deleted all my extensions, bookmarks, and search history. I was logged into my google account at the time, but it wasn't syncing information.

I already tried to login with my Google account, but it didn't work. Thank you for your time!

There's the problem: If you ain't syncing, you ain't saving. An update to the browser can wipeout un-synced items.

Fortunately, you can reinstall your extensions and re-do your bookmarks. If you do not see your tab history here: chrome://history then I'm afraid it's gone.

Preparation is the nemesis of failure.

Sorry I forgot about this, but my bookmarks and passwords are still saved when I log in to edge with my email address, maybe that can help with solving the issue?

You can export bookmarks in Edge to a HTML file and import it into Chrome.

Similarly, you can export passwords in Edge to a .CSV file and import it into Google Chrome.

In Chrome, visit chrome://password-manager/settings and click Import passwords.
