How do I remove shortcut virus permanently?

I am using Windows 7 and Baidu Antivirus

Whenever I install any flash drive all files turn to shortcuts.
I have tried the cmmd way, scanned the computer with different AVs (found 2, and managed to get rid of them) but the shortcut virus remains.

I don't know what to do.

I had found a file under this name though: sejvhwvsmx.vbs

I tried deleting it manually but still.

Any help please?

Hi buddy,

I'm new in here but i would like to help you for this question of yours.Firstly you must scan flash drive by any reputated antivirus program like avg, avast, quick heal etc i hope it will find some viruses through that scan and after that format the drive and then go to command prompt and type this attrib /h /s /d \d H:\*.* then press enter. Note: "H" specifies the drive letter in which you to remove those viruses.
