If you connect to Facebook through a browser, then here's how to create a Desktop shortcut to it:

If you use the Facebook app from the Microsoft Store app, then open the Start Menu, find Facebook in the alphabetical Apps list, left click and drag it to the desktop. You can also right click any App to Pin to Start or More>Pin to Task bar.
