How do I permanently turn off magnifier on Windows 10?
I have recently been using emojis more, and found that the keyboard shortcut for magnifier and the emoji keyboard is the same. I have problems with this as when I try and click on an emoji, the magnifier zooms in. I have attempted turning it off with other methods, but have found that it doesn't work for me. I would love to know how to fix this issue. Thank you

If you want to disable this feature permanently, follow this procedure:
1 - press the combination "<Windows key> + X" and choose the option “Command Prompt (Admin)" or "Windows PowerShell (Admin)" , depending on the OS version you have installed;
2 - when the command prompt opens, issue the following commands:
takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe <enter>
cacls C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe /G administrators:F <enter>
** you may be asked to confirm the second command, then type "y" and press <enter> and after this, the feature will be disabled.
