1. Run Troubleshooting:
Press Windows key + I to open Settings
Go to Privacy and Security - Search Windows - Index Troubleshooting
2. Restart the Windows Search Service:
Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find Windows Search in the list, right-click it, and then select Restart. If it is not running, select Start
3. Rebuild the search index:
Press to open Settings. windows key + I
Go to Privacy and Security > Search Windows > Advanced Indexing Options.
Click Advanced and then Rebuild under Troubleshooting.
Also check all the boxes in the file types.
4. Check search permissions:
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Search Permissions.
Ensure that Safe Search is set to Off or Moderate to expand search results
5. Enable Enhanced Search Mode:
Use Open Settings. windows key + I
Go to Privacy and Security > Search Windows.
Select Enhanced under Find My Files to search all folders on your PC.
