How do I get rid of TrayApp popups which say The feature you are trying to us is on a network resource that is unavailable?"

I got as far as EHow saying I had to re install hp Photo something or other software (sorry, I've lost that page).  When I went to hp and typed in what it was I needed (their software for this), it came up with no such software /blank.  When I did troubleshooting on my Media something or other (feel free to laugh), it saiad it was corrupted. There was no trouible shooting answer towhat to do next.   This TrayApp pop up comes in triplicate stages and you cannot get it out of the way without work each time and it pops up constantly.  Any suggestions ?  Sorry about my lack of clarity.   Eve

  • The path 'c:hp\tmp\src\aio\Setup\TrayApp.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to the installation package 'TrayApp.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product TrayApp.
