How do I get rid of this at startup?

I run the 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium, and I get this popup at every startup.  It started immediately after I uninstalled the hp Officejet Pro 8600 driver.  I want to get rid of it.

"There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro 8600\bin\HPStatusBL.dll

The specified module could not be found."

Hi,

Check with HP Support and forums as the driver did not fully uninstall.

Also you can use these methods to remove the startup error.
