how do i get rid of junk files from windows 7

AVG keeps telling me there are errors, and i'm fed up of fixing them every timme and all the time i'm on this thing

Personally I would use this Free utility, it self updates, Provides real time protection, and works well with windows,

Download it first then Uninstall AVG with the prior link,

If you want some really good Pay for/ Pro versions I recommend these,

The two above also have Free versions but they DO NOT Self update or provide real time protection,

So you have to Manually update them before running full scans, but both are very good.

Mcafee/Norton/IOBit security should not be Installed on a functioning computer=FreeAdvice
