How do I get my computer to recognize my sd card, im using windows 10. I don't have any storage left

You need not to do anything provided the SD card reader driver is installed.
Press Win+E on the desktop to open explorer. Does the card show up there?
Plus, what is the make and model of the device?

You must verify the following

1- Check SD card slot of the computer with Windows 10. If the SD card is not recognized in Windows 10, but when inserting it in another computer it appears ,, in this case you must first check the SD card slot is that the reader cards works on another computer. To check if the problem results from the hardware part of the slot, you can insert the sd card into a USB card reader and connect it to the USB port to see if you can access the data in it. Of course, you can also connect another SD card in the SD card slot to check the status.

2- Update Driver. As the drivers are updated from time to time, you need to go to the computer manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers for the SD card. Once this is done, restart your computer and check if it works.

3- Execute hardware troubleshooting. Connect the SD card and follow the steps below to execute the troubleshooting of hardware.
