Unfortunately, the native Camera app included in Windows 10 does not have this feature.

You can probably find a third-party camera app that has the ability to do a mirror image. The well-known Zoom app has this ability, so I'm sure there are other apps that can do the same, and without making unsupported tweaks to Windows.

well calling it a feature certainly helps it sound a lot more mundane but when you have a serious health issue and you are trying to record a video to help explain the problem to your doctor but you can't because your camera lacks a software program modification it becomes a health and safety issue as well as an accessibility issue. Microsoft is a vast multi billion dollar corporation woven is to most of the social fabric of the world so you'd think after a few decades they'd be able to pitch in a couple of bucks that will now cost me $96 dollars a year to purchase an inferior video program that is slower, more awkward and difficult to use just so I can make sure I can properly convey my struggles to my Dr. so he can help me make necessary modifications to my equipment. But on the bright side, it does help funnel money away from microsofts' income stream
